It’s finally November and it’s getting steadily colder as
the days go by and get shorter. This means it’s time for long johns, and Uggs, and something a little more
controversial, Fur. People have fur-lined boots, hats, gloves, coats, etc. And
it’s perpetually something that popular designers, such as, Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, and BCBG, use in many of their winter
designs. However, is real fur a great, fashionable way to keep warm or just a
cruel way of using animals for our own ends? Check out PETA’s website for arguments against and furisgreen.com for
possible pro-arguments and then come back and weigh in on the debate.
